In particular, this presentation details conservation management of TOS and the pathogenesis of cumulative trauma disorder. Additionally, a case presentation for conservative management is included. When conservative management fails, our surgical management is a thoracic outlet decompression through a scalenectomy of the anterior and middle scalenes.
